    I am very happy with my phone! You guys did really great. The only thing is, the battery was not brand new; when first receiving the phone, it said it had only 84 percent of battery life. I was surprised it is not at 100 percent. So it disappointed me a bit. However everything else is stellar! Just as you said it’d be. I thank you sooooooo much!!! Happy New Year.😃

    I received the phone and it was a Navy issued phone that had software installed on it. I couldn't add my work email so i asked to return it. I was sent a shipping label and returned the phone to the seller. Now the seller says they never received the phone even though someone at their store signed for it. Back Market is no help so I have to try to submit a claim through Paypal. Don't use this site to buy phones. No one ever said it had Navy issued software installed on the phone. I have asked for someone to call me with no response. Terrible site!!

    APPLE WATCH WAS STOLEN!! BackMarket sent me a Apple Watch that was stolen and been reported, i couldnY activate it and watch is asking to return to owner and that the watch has been stolen/ lost and resold to me!!! I swear it’s not worth the headache. I’ve contacted them and it’s been 3 days no answer yet. Will not settle till i get My refund back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! People work hard for their money don’t play with people’s money!!! 330$ for a stolen watch. What a disappointment. Disgraceful.
