    My phone came with a small crack in the back and the camera came with unremovable smudges and stains making the camera fuzzy. Also the camera shakes whenever it’s on so no videos are clear. I got the most expensive condition so I’m kinda upset.

    Phone arrived ordered it for camera on vacation. it was missing .5 ability to take pictures. Had large chips on back of case. Was dropped once with quality extra case and back splintered. Extra case holding it together. Waiting on insurance to approve to fix. Filed claim told to wait 5 days. Would contact me but heard no response. three phone calls each saying they needed more information proof of purchase 1 st. Picture second call and they haven’t reviewed my case. So far only way to get information is my class waiting again 5-7 days.What a fiasco. Not sure who to blame.
