    When I received the phone and started using it I had some issues with the screen. When I would make a phone call and have the phone up to my ear the screen would be black, but when I would pull it away from my ear it would stay black. I couldn’t end the phone call. I would have to swing the phone around to finally get it to light up. Also, the phone made me sound like a robot when I was talking to people. I planned to return the phone, but literally after all these issues with the phone I dropped it and the back of the screen broke.
