    Again... the product I received was rated as described ( condition- Good ). The screen & the back of the phone has no scratches, only a couple of spots around the corner where the paint was rubbed off from the case by the previous owner. It was easy to transfer items over to the 8 plus. All the apps & phone functions works perfectly well, NO problems so far.... The delivery time was only a week from the time I placed my order on a Friday & received my phone the following Friday. The Back Market & the Seller both strive for excellent service & always follow up with an email to see how the product is working. Thank you! Back Market.

    Please read the conservation about the repair that Wisephone would not do. Utterly ridiculous that it took 2 weeks for them to send me back my phone not working. I know that the phone was not shocked as they said. I suspect they did not want to replace the screen again. If they are using an after market non Apple screen then they should stand behind it. Sometimes it is not about the money but doing what's right or maybe they should have used an Apple screen and charged more for the phone. I have told so many people about BackMarket I can't count but that sure and heck will change. Horrible that Wisephone would play these games. I am getting an estimate not on the screen replacement. The Tech laughed at assertion that the phone went thru any damage or dropping. So dissatisfied with BackMarket over this issue. Steve Kori Angry Former Customer

    The delivery was very reasonable. The phone I received looked very pristine and worked very well for at least 2 weeks, until one day it froze and I wasn’t able to click anything on the screen. I wasn’t able to restart or turn the phone off. The only way I was able to fix the problem was to wait until the phone ran out of power and charge to turn the phone back on. This problem is still happening and just happened again for the 5th time. I’m forced to write this review off my old phone.
