    I was supposed to get a phone in very good condition. The phone i got had tons of fingerprints all over it. There was a screw missing in the bottom of the phone. The screen was loose, and because it was loose it is now cracked. I was about to try to restore it when I saw your email. It seems to be getting more and more software and hardware issues. Many apps won't work. Find My iPhone doesn't work, it is an apple product. Very dissatisfied.

    No issues with Backmarket. The seller, Wisephone ER; however, sent a device with a malfunctioning digitizer. I contacted them and they responded immediately, paid to ship the device back to them, and returned the device to me in a timely manner after replacing the screen (this all occurred within 1 week, which I was impressed with). The device functioned normally for 3 months until I went to pick the device up off of a table and the screen readily fell right out of the device, hanging by the ribbon cables. I discovered that there was NO adhesive present along roughly 95% of the back of the screen/the screen housing. To avoid the hassle of returning it for a second time, I applied adhesive strips myself.

    Got the phone in very good condition but a day after opening I noticed the screen glitching and going dim out of nowhere. I immediately get in contact with Wisephoneer and they tell me that it will cost an additional 120 to fix the screen because its not covered under warranty even though i bought the phone in very good condition.

    I bought a iphone 11 pro max, got it shipped and the phone didn't even turn on when i got it. Left it on charger, still nothing, tried to restore it, nothing. I then brought it to my professional phone repair shop and they said the storage chip is fried and the phone is junk. The company i bought it from aren't even replying to my messages now. Extremely unhappy, i thought this would be a cheaper nice alternative to get my phones from. Will not be ordering here again. $800 down the drain. STUPID!!!!!
