    I like back market, but honestly I questioned the quality of the phone that was sent to me. When I first received the phone I was having issues with the back camera. I also cracked the screen which was clearly my fault. I sent the phone in for a repair. While putting a case on the screen the phone screen has cracked on its own, a piece of the top o f the phone has popped out and my back camera is not working at all again. The phone also has an issue with keeping apps open. After a few minutes or so the apps close on their own.

Was contacted 3 days later from Greg at Back Market customer service for feedback about seller interaction. Never herd back from Back Market. Now the phone I had invested in, hoping it would last a few years, is no longer working properly & I'm out of warranty with no recourse. Will never recommend or buy anything from Back Market again
