    5/5, I received my phone much earlier than expected, it only took 3 days to get after placing my order and didn’t upgrade to faster shipping. The phone is in great condition, and already charged! The only physical defect I could see was a light circle worn around the apple logo on the back of the phone from the previous owner’s phone case, which is no big deal because I put a phone case on it anyways so no one could ever tell either way. I really enjoy my product and will be buying from Back Market again when I want to upgrade

    Well, the phone works and charges fine. However I purchased phone in “excellent” condition, but that was not the case. The phone is super beat up. Scratches all over and some type of stains that cannot be removed all over the back part of the phone along with many visible scratches on screen.

    Mac mini looked like it got dropped down a flight of stairs Dust coming out of rear vent. Hard drive failed two days after receiving it. Back market refused to send me a new drive so I left this review. I do t recommend buying from this seller. Bad communication, defective products.

    Great product in mint condition. Had a little trouble with the aftermarket charger cord supplied with phone. The connector did not want to make a good contact with the phone receptacle for charging. Switched to an Apple connector and charger and everything worked OK. I have had this problem before with aftermarket chargers. I am pleased with the purchase.
