    I am so happy with this product. I purchased a mint condition iPhone X for a reasonable price. There were barely any marks on the frame of the phone and it works perfectly fine. The delivery date given was also on point, so I did receive the phone on time as well. Overall, this was a good decision and I will be buying from back market again!!!!

    I'll admit I was a bit skeptical of buying refurbished phones, but after I received a broken and scratched up one from Best Buy, I thought I'd give Backmarket a try. I selected a "very good" condition iPhone and it shipped very quickly and was in extremely good condition. It was even less expensive than most other refurbished phones that I could find!     The so called refurbished phone was not so .. I had to use a thumb tack to clean the speakers out so you could hear them, also the phone clearly had a broken back panel for quite sometime and the inside looked like it was a lint trap for a commercial Clothes dryer ! The new back they put on was on crooked and they did did put the seal back in 😕 also the new screen is loose on the bottom left corner, and to top off the disappointment it came with a 86% battery. I had a local shop help me with some of the repairs which cost me an additional $75. Back market did offer to replace my battery for free if I shipped it back but then I’m up shit creek for two more weeks.... they did however send me an aftermarket battery for free which was nice but of course voids my warranty. I’d say for $250 for iPhone 8 they should have paid closer attention to the details. Hopefully I get my money’s worth! Cheers
