    I’m very very very disappointed with this whole thing. I ordered a gold phone, received a rose gold phone. Okay whatever, the color doesn’t matter. I set up the phone, and it dies within an hour, and that’s if it’s on, or just sitting there. I purchased the 13 month insurance, as I was afraid of this happening. I contact support, and only get one message a day, so it’s been like 4 days of messaging back and forth. The seller wants me to return the phone so I can get a refund, but the thing is- I don’t have all of that time to wait for a new phone. I would literally be going without a phone. I spent $80 on a phone that doesn’t work, and I won’t be getting help to fix. Now I have to spend at LEAST another $60, to get it fixed locally. The seller knew the phone wasn’t gold, the seller knew about the battery issue, they want me to return it because they realized they couldn’t screw me over. They’re just going to sell it to some other poor person, and you know what? I’m not going to let that happen. Besides that, the person I’ve been chatting with has been very respectful and as helpful as he can.

    It seems that purchasing through this seller, put my bank account at high risk. Once, the purchased product was in-transit I received a spoof message from “USPS”, stating that my product couldn’t be delivered, due to an error with my address. Nonetheless, I clicked the link thinking that the input address was incorrect, but once I noticed the website doesn’t have any functionality besides entering credentials of a credit and personal information, such as home address, phone number, and name; I closed the page immediately. Mind you this page has the USPS logo and links to different websites - that didn’t work - I just received a message from my bank that one of my cards was used and an attempted transaction of $2,177.49 - of course it was declined because I locked the card, once I found out the “USPS” page was fake. “Allegedly”, it sucks that when trying to purchase from a buyer through BackMarket, that there’s people trying to scam individuals by creating a scheme of websites, delivery updates, and fraudulently transact by the given input by the user. Isn’t a running business built by trust?

    The phones battery life is terrible, it gets hot when it charges and I can’t get it to 100% unless it’s on the charger for like 6 hours. After it’s finally charged to capacity the battery runs down in just 2-4 hours and is on low battery mode. I’m going to have to return this phone and just get something brand new. Also the facial recognition only works for a day or two then I have to reset it, and sometimes it tells me that the facial recognition can’t be reset at this time.
