    First of all this is not my first purchase but, it will be my last at backmarket. I'm a person with learning disabilities and many things that put me at a disadvantage in someways. when my new to me iPhone 15 pro finally got to me it had many discrepancies because it was listed as "good" I knew it would not be perfect however, I expected it to serve it's purpose. I noticed a strange black smudge above and below the dynamic island (a sought after feature updates things like game scores or DoorDash orders. The problem was the smudge thing blocked much of the dynamic island and so I thought ok but I'm sure it'll work I was wrong and my screen kept freezing up. I was not able to answer calls, so I requested help from backmarket. It's never super fast but they USUALLY see what I'm saying or understand. the rep I dealt with name started with G did not seem to understand my complaint first addressed as a cracked screen but I explained it was not and sent screenshots many different apps showing the blob still there in multiple apps the repair people may have to activate to see but they told me it's not covered (I cannot use the phone to answer a call, it's soul purpose). the rep made me feel like I made a big mistake identifying that there was anything wrong but I ask for a refund for the phone since they wanted me to pay for a phone that was damaged before I used it. said it was out of warranty it says it's in warranty until Oct 2,2026 this is not like anY other interaction I've ever experienced as a customer I thought maybe theyd see my pics that show all the proof none of it mattered. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS HERE. I made a case thru Affirm so. This world is all wonky when they argue with customers that are indeed correct. very sad !

    My selection of a 13 Pro Max was two-fold — to have higher storage (1TB) and have same or higher functionality as my 12 Pro Max. There are two issues — (1) The 3x Zoom camera has been replaced with a very poor quality camera. The color has a pink cast and it seems more blurry than my old 12 Pro Max’s 2x Zoom. (2) The compass function gives issues with a lot of drift. I use it for Astro photography, and it is impossible to get a reasonable fix.
