    The phone is in excellent condition. It was a former Verizon phone, and I have some unremovable apps and splash screens that show this. Occasionally I get a message that the SIM card is not a Verizon SIM instead of the Mint Mobile SIM in it, but that's it. While that was annoying, and I know the reseller offered to take it back if I wanted, but I am so happy with the quality of the phone I can't be too bothered by something outside of their control.
