    I purchased a refurbished iPhone7 about 8-9 months ago from BackMarket and waited to leave a review. There was a problem with the phone freezing so I had to mail it back and they corrected the issue. A continuous problem I had with my phone that never resolved is, that it would randomly shut down and a message saying the "Phone was too hot and needed to shut down immediately" would come up. This has been going on since the get go. Now, I am having problems charging the phone. I have since dropped my phone (screen cracked) and an incident of that, they will not assist you. I paid on the higher end for this phone as I notice they have more expensive and cheaper phones - likely, for a reason. I would say, you may be lucky with a refurbished phone but I unfortunately, wasn't. And make sure you use it at least a year before you review!
