    I absolutely love my dell! It runs very smoothly and it was in excellent condition! For those who are interested in getting this computer and feel like there’s not enough storage, fear or not! I separately purchased an additional 8 GB of RAM and installed it myself. Very easy and customizable. Lastly, if you like to play games like the Sims, this laptop runs it very well. I bought it specifically for this purpose and I’m very happy with my results.

    The iMac is great, but it was sent with a non-Apple keyboard that didn't work as well as a. non-Apple mouse that wouldn't connect. Thankfully, I have an apple keyboard and a mighty mouse that I was able to connect to the new iMac and get it up and running. Overall positive experience, but Apple products should be accompanied by Apple, peripherals and accessories, and not aftermarket stuff.

    The device is great and in near perfect condition. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is a bit slow, which I did not expect given the year and quality of the product. It often lags and does the spinning rainbow ball for up to 10-15 seconds when I go to click on a different tab or close something. It is not constant, but happens at least once or twice each time I am using the computer. Still definitely worth it for the price and quality/new condition!!

    I ordered the “excellent” one and it wasn’t bad. There was a little dent on the edge and scratch marks on the back. They are not noticeable right away but they can be as you examine the device. It works fine so far though. Battery was 93% when I received it. Given the price, I would say it’s not too bad. Shipping was fast. The packaging was generic, it wasn’t the original box of apple. So far so good. All in all, I am content with my purchase. Hopefully, it will last me for at least a year.

    It has a sticker on the casing and I suspect there may be scratches under there which is why they put it on it. Aside from that there is a chip on the inside near the top right of the keyboard. Outside of all that it functions and it can get the job done that I needed.

    The computer overrall works well. Theres 2 issues. For reference I have another 2019 27in Imac Im comparing this to. First, the webcam isnt the clearest. I make loom videos all day, so this is a big issue to me. Not the biggest deal because Ill just buy a webcam. Second, the start up on this is obesely slow! It takes forever to get past the log in screen. When your at the desktop, it take a few minutes for everything to load. It takes forever for safia to actually be useable and connect to websites. I compared it to my 27in i5 and the i5 blows this out of the water when it comes to start up. After start up there arent any issues. I dont have time to send this away for repair. So i guess im stuck with it as is.
