I was very skeptical about making a big purchase on something like this on here because I saw mixed reviews but more recently I was seeing nothing but good reviews so I took leap of faith and made the purchase. I couldn’t be more happy with my iMac, it came in excellent condition as stated with Apple certified refurbished it looks brand new and works as good as new. Would definitely recommend!!

I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

Everything came in earlier than expected! The iMac was in the original box!! Came two days earlier than expected! I also want to add that the IMac comes with a Magic keyboard and Magic Mouse! Wonderful. Came with a generic keyboard and mouse, which I was not expecting but maybe that's on me for not reading the fine print. Everything else is fantastic. Computer works great and is in good condition, which the exception of a small chip on the top front corner of the screen. You can't tell unless you knew where to look. I will most likely be purchasing another refurbished device from here in the future and definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to get a new iMac for a great price!

After ordering a similarly advertised iMac on Amazon, I chose to go to Back Market. The other refurbished iMac was wrapped in bubble wrap and came with non-Apple accessories (keyboard, mouse, etc.). I was disappointed immediately, but that disappointment turned to frustration when the iMac did not even power up. After returning that unit, I went to iMac and received a like-new pre-packaged iMac with all of the same bells and whistles you expect from an Apple product. It was as close to getting a brand new iMac as I possibly imagine.
