I was really looking forward to receiveing the HTC 10 topaz gold phone that I purchased. Sadly, what was sent to me was a Glacier Silver HTC 10 in not very good condition. I bought this phone with the money I had just got back from an eBay seller who was selling stolen phones. I wasn't very kind in my complaint because I haven't been treated very well by sellers. As soon as I sent my complaint, I mean within 30 seconds, I got a phone call from you telling me that "had I played my cards right, and been a little nicer, I might have received a Comp but I had to be rude. So, In other words, since I'm a complainer, I get nothing. I still have the phone I didn't order because I need a phone while I look for options. As far as returning the phone I was sent, I am not sure how much time I have but I'll probably get stuck with it. I hesitate sending this because I might get punished for my opinion in the form of another phone call. It is obvious you have the means to people who don't complain better than people who do. I want to finish this return/exchange process, then I'm out.
