So it says I ordered an HTC 10 but I received an HTC 10 evo. Close, but not exactly what the product said when I ordered it. It's a good phone, but there is a little less ram and the picture isn't quite as good. Is there a remedy for this?

Actually, the phone looked great!! No complaints there. However, there was an operating issue with the sim-card. The team at "Backmarket", is the BEST. I received my FULL refund and I guess the team saw the issue with the sim-card and resolved that for future sales. THANX!!

The quality was poor. I bought as a Christmas present for my mom while I was in another country. She received it in plenty of time for Christmas but after setting it up she has had issues like the alarm feature doesn’t turn off. So she’s in her office at work and can not get the alarm to shut up. Also the camera lens has a crack in it. So all pics have a line them.

I was really looking forward to receiveing the HTC 10 topaz gold phone that I purchased. Sadly, what was sent to me was a Glacier Silver HTC 10 in not very good condition. I bought this phone with the money I had just got back from an eBay seller who was selling stolen phones. I wasn't very kind in my complaint because I haven't been treated very well by sellers. As soon as I sent my complaint, I mean within 30 seconds, I got a phone call from you telling me that "had I played my cards right, and been a little nicer, I might have received a Comp but I had to be rude. So, In other words, since I'm a complainer, I get nothing. I still have the phone I didn't order because I need a phone while I look for options. As far as returning the phone I was sent, I am not sure how much time I have but I'll probably get stuck with it. I hesitate sending this because I might get punished for my opinion in the form of another phone call. It is obvious you have the means to people who don't complain better than people who do. I want to finish this return/exchange process, then I'm out.
