No scratches, no dead pixels just clean and crisp visuals right out the box. The color quality is sharp, brightness is solid, and it’s perfect for both work and watching content. Setup was simple too. Definitely a good buy if you want quality without breaking the bank.

I just received my monitor. The condition is extremely good as advertised. It looks barely used. However, I am disappointed because I chose this particular monitor because of the advertised resolution: 2560 x 1440. I did not look for this monitor on other websites because I trusted the description on Backmarket. Having installed the monitor, I now realize that the maximum resolution is 1920 x 1080 and searching for the specs on Samsung website has confirmed this. I am really disappointed as this was the main reason for me to choose this monitor over other ones.
