    Touchpad did not work upon arrival. The seller "Acer Refurbished" refused to work with me, Back Market is only a middle man and didn't help out in a remedy either. I had to settle for refund which they did. Acer Refurbished was non-negotiable. I was willing to pay more for an upgrade but it didn't happen. I wish Back Market well, Catalina with Back Market was excellent but she could only do so much. Acer Refurbished,,,, get your act together or you'll be history a year from now.
