Phone! - Android

The phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I transferred my SIM card from my old phone to the new phone without any issues. The problem started with the set up of the new phone. It did not like my google password but would not let me change or update it. I was stuck at that point. Having already reset this S23 phone once because it was not charging and seemed to be stuck at 36%, I was not at all happy with the set up BS. When I tried to remove the SIM card the tray would not open. No matter what I tried, it would not work. This is why I am returning the phone to Back Market.
