I purchased this Apple Watch in good condition, and it was sent to me scratched to absolute filth and chipped glass around the screen. I immediately returned it and requested the product to be fixed or replaced. For whatever reason, it could not be fixed or replaced, and I was given a refund which is fine. I go to purchase the watch again and was matched again with this seller after they were unable to fulfill my previous order? Are they just re-selling again the same product in such poor condition until someone is lazy enough to take it as is? It's horrible business, and I'm genuinely concerned about what is going on.
