Arlo VMS4430 Camcorder - White

One of the cameras is not auto-recording. I have spent hours trying to solve. I have been to Arlo website to research and perform all suggestions. I have spent over an hour with an Arlo technician to trouble shoot and attempt to resolve. The camera appears to be defective. Can I get a replacement? If not, I would like to return the whole package for a refund. Please respond. Thank you.

The cameras work great but was advertised for the more updated version. We thought we were ordering the newer version with colored night vision because that was what they were promoting. However we received the most basic version. Still very high quality but needs to be advertised properly.
