The box arrived crushed. It was also covered with something extremely sticky. It was stuck to the inside of the bag that it was shipped in. The Beats were not damaged, but they didn't come with the charging cable and they were dirty. Not the best experience. Not the worst. The price was good, but the condition was definitely not "Excellent."
