A hefty amount of scratches on both the screen and lens. I haven't seen it impact performance yet, outside of the annoyance of a scratched screen, though. So, I can't count that against them. Came with, what I assume to be, the previous owner's case, so that's a plus. The package was taped bubblewrap (very safe, just unprofessional - nothing against them on that one) and had dirt, or something, still with the camera. My first order of business was cleaning all the junk that was still on the camera - it was obviously not cleaned prior to shipping. Not overwhelming, but it meets the requirement.
