It would not even hold a charge for an hour. It ended up being quite a hassle, given the return steps, and especially thinking it was on several times when it wasn't & missing data. Your customer support person on my phone trade-in, however, was very kind when I told him about it. So, in sum, customer service: 5 stars (maybe 6!). Watch: 2 stars is being very generous. Oh well! I can see you you would not have known the battery just turned the watch on temporarily.
