Bought a refurbished Dell Latitude 5491 (listed as "Very Good") and have been using it for a week now, and so far it's awesome, especially for the price. I went from a $900 new HP Envy with 8GB RAM and 220 Hard Drive to double both those numbers for under $300, and the Dell looks brand new and easily outperforms the HP I had. There was one small problem with this order -- the charger that came with it was not compatible, so I had to buy a charger at Best Buy then return it when BackMarket sent a new compatible charger within a week, which works just fine. But that minor problem will not prevent me from buying refurbished again. There's too much computer waste in the world -- buy refurbished everyone!
