Ordered a Dell Latitude 7200 in Excellent Condition and was sent one with large, visible scratches on the back of the unit. The actual purchase on the website shows that I purchased one in Excellent Condition, but clicking into the item itself shows that one in Very Good condition was sent to me instead. There's no chance this passes the "Excellent" test of the scratches being invisible beyond 8 inches because they're clearly visible from across the room. The model number sticker is also clearly worn to the point that the numbers are missing. I'm not sure if this is something the seller did, or if BackMarket did it instead. My options are to send it back, wait for it to be received and issued a refund, or try and exchange and wait for another to arrive. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed by my first purchase on BackMarket because even the website shows different quality levels depending on which page I'm looking at for an order I already placed.
