So far so good, it looks brand new and it's been working well so far. Love the flexibility of having the 2 in 1 since I'll be reading a lot on this laptop.

I paid for EXCELLENT condition and the laptop I received was not in excellent condition. It had scratches and looked more like fair condition..To top it off..the battery is HORRIIBLE. I just got it and it dies so quick.. There's no way I can use the laptop for school and that's the reason I bought it. I am super unhappy with my purchase. This is the second item I have bought from Back Market, and I will never use them again....The return process is also horrible. They make it so difficult to return it..when it's there fault to start with...I don't want to return my lap top 2 weeks before school starts..which is ONLINE...but I have no choose. I trust this company to give me an EXCELLENT condition laptop and they didn't...VERY DISAPPOINTED.
