The battery is wroking really good . The screen and back side look like i bought the first hand cell phone . The camera is also amazing , the picture comes out really clear and sharp Overall 💯 recommended

Getting it delivered only took 2 days. Phone was packaged securely and thoroughly. The phone itself was in wonderful condition even though I bought it as “Good.” Have no complaints. Amazing service and quality for an unbeatable price.

They make great gifts… what’s even better they are refurbished and not some trash floating in our oceans and in our landfills. Every single device I’ve purchased is still being used and in perfect working order. Will never buy brand new again. I’m not one who likes the price tag of brand new items these days. I'm really happy about my purchase. Its came with Brand new Condition. This is my 2nd purchased on the BackMarket. I'm really happy with this purchase. Before I get iPad and its came with some ded pixal issues after 6 months. i have doubts and buy again. but this time I'm really happy about the Product with the condition. This seller was amazing.

When I bought a Galaxy S9, I was assured that "most" service providers would accept it. I went to Spectrum where the agent helped to cancel my Gov't phone service and set up the S9, BUT then he said oh sorry Spectrum doesn't provide for that model. Things got confusing, since I knew I'd put the S9 on my credit and would need to return it. HOWEVER, the agent told me that if I traded it in, I would be elegible for a promotional that ends up with a new phone, the Motorola RAZR for free (!) I have confirmed that there was no misunderstanding. So I will pay for rather than return the S9. I appreciate being able to cancel the extra warrantee. Thank you.

I am very happy with the phone I ordered. It is in great condition and works perfectly. It does have a short battery life, but I think that is to be expected with any refurbished phone. I will be ordering from here again in the future.

Saved me a lot of money replacing this phone, for my kids. Thank you. Works well! Can't even tell its a different phone.
