Product is in impeccable shape considering it is refurbished, customer service was outstanding and item arrived sooner than expected. Overall, I am VERY happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from Back Market again!

What a great product. It's big for my wrist, but worth it with all the functions and links with my Garmin Ant+ swim heart rate monitor

So far so good. Came packaged and like new, clean, etc. Functionality is good and no issues with anything so far. It was by far the best price I found anywhere and it shipped and delivered in 10 days which wasn't too bad of a wait. Had tracking info within the first couple days so I knew where it was en route. Overall can't complain about anything. Hopefully it goes the distance.

The I save Refurbished unit didn’t put the full information about the Garmin smart watch .. Unfortunately .. 1.there’s no screen touch 2. Not that smart watch 3. The model year for the watch

Not helpful, kinda scammy. Glad I pay attention to detail. Offered me a “5% discount” for my troubles and zero guarantees that this wont happen again. Other than that, glad it was so easy to get my money back. ………. Please check any tickets associated with my email/account/order. I received the wrong item, tried to confirm that the right item was available for my exchange. Had a conversation with the seller in backmarket conversations, then received an email to review my order. A customer service person wrote to say that my exchange would be processed when my return arrived at backmarket. When my returned item arrived I got an immediate refund for my order and protection plan, too. Now I am looking at your website and the exact item I've been trying to order this entire time is available again. Garmin Fenix 5 Plus Sapphire. I thought this item would be sent to me immediately after my return arrived? Now I am just wondering if you just relisted the item I returned and it is again labeled incorrectly. someone else can purchase this watch and receive the wrong item. The seller is now ignoring my questions. I'm getting emails from customer service that don't seem like they are paying attention to the history of my order. Finally, I'm trying to find a number to call so I can just have a chat and see what is happening. Can't find it anywhere so telling my story here. As of now, I have very little interest in re-purchasing from backmarket. Is there anyone able to help figure this out?

This product is like new, actually, it doesn't feel refurbished at all. It works as it's supposed to and I am very happy with this purchase.
