speakerphone doesn't work and I can't use Zoom, video call, or have someone on speaker because of that. I reach out to customer service, I haven't heard anything and there's no number to call.

I recently purchased a Google Pixel 6 from Cellfeee via Backmarket, and I am deeply disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Just a few days after the one-year warranty expired, the top part of the screen became unresponsive. This meant I couldn't click on web addresses, exit buttons, or back buttons located at the top corners of the screen. Despite multiple soft resets and ensuring the screen was clean, the issue persisted. When I reached out to Backmarket customer service, Paola responded and suggested several troubleshooting steps such as checking for software updates, booting in Safe Mode, clearing the cache partition, and performing a factory reset. None of these solutions worked. I pointed out the suspicious timing of the issue occurring right after the warranty expired and requested that the warranty be honored or some form of assistance be provided. Paola contacted Cellfeee but came back with the disappointing news that the warranty had expired, and they could not repair, exchange, or refund the phone.
