The headphones arrived broken. Very upset. I ordered the Excellent quality, but received the worst possible. In all this, one thing is good - the help of the market in returning the headphones. Work with customers is at their best. Thank you so much for this! It remains to find responsible suppliers who will check the goods before sending.

this purchase was my first experience with Back Market and I was VERY hopeful that I'd found my next best kept secret. When the shipment arrived I was incredibly impressed with the packaging and presentation. The product looked brand new. After opening and attempting to actually use the buds, my hope subsided. I spent several hours attempting to resolve the issue to no avail and ultimately had to return them to the seller. Customer service was great and very helpful in facilitating the return and the refund was prompt but I am hesitant to try again... and I'm still without new buds.

whoever sold this to Backmarket lied about it working correctly. apparently, the buds have a known battery issue when you take them out of the case they lose power and disconnect from the Bluetooth. 50$ for like-new quality should have been my first sign something was wrong.

The batteries in the earbuds didn't function.
