I replied to Greg but nothing heard back. I guess BackMarket is trying to be "perfect" but I'd put the money elsewhere. Phone is fine appearance. It was to be unlockd GSM and CDMA. However, I could not get it to work with MintMobile (which works great on another phone) and then I could not get USMobile to work on it either. Switched from "black" USMobile (which is Verizon?) and then tried "white" and it works. However, there is another snag. . . some texts don't work. So, I've given up and quite disgusted. As I said to Greg, maybe you "get what you pay for". So, a new phone with GSM and CDMA are on ordered and waited for. Greg never replied, nor did he bring up any return phone, etc. Screw it. I think I'd say just avoid it, save the headache, blow the money and buy new. I do feel that Greg's total avoidance, after my writing, spoke a great deal in silence. "Avoid losing the money, at all cost". Hope this helps you on your decision. I'd buy new. PS, I've spent over 7 hours on the phone to make it work at 80% effectiveness.
