HTC One M8 16GB - Gray - Locked AT&T

Real shitty operation they got going first I paid for 2 day shipping but didn’t receive it then when the phone finally came in it wasn’t even the phone I ordered. They sent some piece of shit so old that isn’t isn’t even capable of downloading apps on it anymore, plus the phone they sent sells for less than half the amount of the one I ordered and all they attempted to do for me was return 10% for an in convenience fee, leaving me paying more than what the phone sells for.

The content for the item was incorrect, as it came up on a search for android phones and I purchased it, believing it to be an android. Instead, the one I received is a windows OS. When I contacted customer service, I had to ask more than once about a replacement that actually is an android, and was informed there are none. I was informed I can send the phone back with a prepaid shipping label that was emailed to me - so now my daughter has to go without a phone AND I have to figure out how to print the shipping label as I do not have a printer. I was informed, after I had to insist more than once, that I may receive a discount on a future phone or expedited shipping - but why would I want to go back to this company? I now have to do extra work to correct their mistake from the beginning - I work 2 jobs and go to school! Somehow I have to find time to get the label printed and mail back the phone, which puts me in the same predicament I was attempting to fix from the start by ordering a phone in the first place.
