The Jaybirds I ordered are great they came in the original packaging with accessories blew my mind, so much more than I expected I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you guys for being wonderful and selling the quality you want to receive. If you’ve second guess purchasing let me let you in on something, so did I, but after several purchases I’d recommend BackMarket to anyone. Listen, it’s retail quality at a price that makes more sense. Since I have your attention, I’d like to challenge you to share a meal with someone in need everyday, pack a few extra snacks and water or a few dollars. I promise if you add these steps to your day you’ll come face to face with the need. It’s simple to accept, all you have to do is: enjoy your day, and feed someone along the way! I bought refurbished Jaybirds, I received refurbished Jaybirds. Sound exactly like the pair I used to have when these were brand new.

it did not work. I sent in a request for review on the product and i am still waiting !!

On full charge only lasted 40 minutes to an hour using zoom. Not for me unfortunately when new they are rated for 4 hours.

These headphones were DOA! I charged them turned it on. The voice said "fully charged, connected ." Not even 15 seconds later the voice came back on and said the battery was low, needed to charge & headphones turned off! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
