I purchased the iPad Air 4th Gen marked as 'Good' but I tell you it's GREAT! It is flawless and looks brand new. Very happy with the battery life and it even works with an older pencil that is not made by Apple. The iPad came perfectly packaged for shipping and I even reused the box to mail in my trade-in of my iPad mini 5 wifi/4g which they offered me a lot more money for than Apple or Best Buy did. I will be using BackMarket again when I'm ready to upgrade my iMac and have already recommended to friends and family. Do not hesitate to purchase from here! You will be very pleased as I am. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my refurbished iPad Air 4th Gen AND love saving hundreds on a product that looks brand new!!!

Excellent experience. Played out exactly as expected. iPad even came with screen protector already applied as well as a brick and a longer braided cable which is nicer than what apple would've included in the box if I bought new.

Packaging was great! The IPad was basically new! Only had scratches on the apple symbol! If i need more tech, this would for sure be my go to place! The shipping was also fast! 2 day shipping and it was free - great deal! FedEx didn’t do well with updates on their system, but besides that i am throughly pleased! I’ve been telling all my friends!

I purchased this iPad Air for my granddaughter for Christmas, and she Absolutely Loves it! It arrived quickly and in Perfect condition inside & out. Instead of a charging cable,I think it’s a data cable possibly? That was accidentally sent. But one message sent was all it took for a $10 credit to be offered, so I can purchase a new charging cable.
