I love love love my iPad! I got the fair version, everything honestly is nearly perfect. There is a couple small dents, and one small scratch that floats across the screen but truthfully nothing too noticeable, it took me a minute before I realize it was there. Very happy with my purchase!

The tablet is perfect! Battery life is amazing, is sleek and clean, runs without issue, and is overall great! Worth the spend! Some people complained of scratches/dents but mine did not have any so it is NOT a common thing. The only issue I had at all was with my apple pencil, but I highly doubt it was due to the tablet and was more likely because of the pencil itself (bought from an in-person store, not backmarket). I use it daily for both note-taking and play! If you need a tablet for college, I definitely suggest buying this one from backmarket! It is the second product I've got from backmarket and I will 100% continue to buy here!

I was skeptical about buying Apple products from a site I never heard of. When I went searching for a new iPad I kept seeing “Back Market” and not thinking it’s legit, I kept scrolling past even though they had the best prices. Then I saw a review on YouTube where the guy had some stuff he was reviewing from Back Market and the products were flawless. I quickly setup an account and bought my iPad and selected “Excellent” for condition. The next day it arrived and I was amazed that it was an iPad ALMOST BRAND NEW! Battery life 100% no scratches, all functions work, Wi-Fi, and 5G. The only flaw is the volume buttons. They are a little loose and “pushed in” so turning the volume up isn’t as simple a tap. Sometimes I can and sometimes I need to use my finger nail for the volume buttons. Not really a big deal to me because it still works, the one screen volume function still works, and I mean I got a deal. I will be buying from them again in the new few days! Thank you Back Market!

My order came in perfect condition, I didn't see a single scratch or scuff on the front or the back upon unboxing it. It was wrapped very nicely as well! It operates perfectly and I haven't experienced any malfunctions or have seen anything wrong with it. The 1-year warranty is there too! The customer service was amazing too! The delivery was extremely quick, like EXTREMELY quick! It was delivered to me in only two days! The delivery updates were very accurate and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with my order.
