iPad was in excellent condition. If I did not know it was refurbished, I would think it was brand new. It works great and I have no complaints.

I ordered my iPad mini 6 in the Space Grey color and with 256 GB of memory in the "Good" condition (there was no usb-c charging cable that came with the order, just the ipad itself). This has been my 2nd time ordering something expensive from BackMarket (the first was my M1 MacBook Pro and in the "Good" condition as well), and I am still so surprised. The outside is not bruised or scuffed up at all - there is no scratches/dents that I can see (I personally would say this is more of an "Excellent" condition). The screen has a couple of scratches but it isn't anything that will bother me since it is on the side of the screen. Everything works well and I am very pleased with my purchase from BackMarket. I don't think I'll ever buy anything brand new from Apple anymore since BackMarket really helps saves money where it matters most and even though the tech isn't the latest with the newest bells and whistles, it still is very fast and will not let you down! I'm already looking forward to my next tech purchase on BackMarket already! :D

Great ipad, great condition!! Almost perfect service! My only concern was the packaging there was just a single layer of bubble wrap in a bigger box so it was rattling the whole journey. It was fine but made me sweat behind my knees a little after seeing it. With how valuable it is I was expecting a little more security. Otherwise back market and everything else has been awesome!!

I’m liking the mini iPad a lot! It’s heavier than my old one, but boy, does it move! Everything opens faster and responds without delay. The iPad is in beautiful condition, too. Another great job from Back Market!

the ipad came in good condition. only a few scratches/marks on the backside. it did come with a dead battery so I had to fully charge it in order to use. it works perfectly and runs all of my apps. i love it, just wish it came charged lol

Buying process went well!! Delivery went well, couple days longer than posted to receive!! When package was opened not charging cable or power adapter included!! So waiting for that!! Other than that went well!! Keep the cable and adapter coming!! Thanks
