I am so glad I decided to go with Back Market's refurbished iPad. I had an identical one that had a hardware issue and couldn't be repaired, and I had just purchased a new keyboard for it. So...new keyboard and broken iPad. If I bought new, I would need to purchase both again. since the keyboard didn't fit new models. Then I found Back Porch and saved myself a thousand bucks. I was shocked at the quality of the iPad when it arrived...looks brand new...and works with my keyboard. If you are hesitant to go with Back Market, I say "go for it."

My wife is very happy with her iPad. It arrived and it works great. The charger it came with already broke, so I would purchase a better one for it. We will definitely buy all our electronics from BackMarket. Excellent deals and they ship very quickly.

Other than a couple deep scuff marks on the screen the device is basically perfect. I wish the condition issues were on the body rather than the screen, but that can’t really be helped. I got this as a Christmas present for my mom, and she absolutely adores it. Shipping was faster than expected, it arrived just in time for Christmas. Received my order earlier than expected so 10/10 for that! Packaging was secure although I do feel in the future it should come with more cushion to avoid any issues in transit. Everything came in tact & I even received a fast charger for my iPad! Giving a 4/5 considering it’s been less than 30 days of having my purchase. After 30 days of all is still well I will update the rating. Sooooo far I’m loving my new IPad! No scratches, no cracks, nothing wrong with it! Charges perfect, fast charger was a plus! Holds battery well! Screen functions work amazing! Quality so far is 10/10 as well! I was very nervous to order from Back Market considering this was my first time but 20/10!!!! I’d recommend & am recommending to anyone trying to budget and cut corners for the holidays!

Love it! The iPad came with a cover, screen protector, earbuds, and a cable. It's in excellent condition and it was almost 1/3 the price of the same Apple refurbished iPad. I will be buying all my mobile devices with Back Market.
