They ipad pro I received is in perfect condition like new, been using it for work and it works perfectly, i did have my doubts when it arrived in the box just wrapped in the bubble plastic, i do think they could elevate the experience with the packaging a bit more, but other than that which is not a bit deal ill definitely be ordering more stuff from them.

The product I bought had previously been repaired from a fall. One edge was remarkably dented, and everything else was in great condition. I guess the screen has been replaced. The battery is working well.

It said Fair condition but the only issue I found (so far) was that the battery area had a small crack, but it doesn't affect any charging capabilities. Satisfied with my purchase.
