Bought a refurbished iPad Pro 11-in (2018) and it works fine! It has a spot where the screen dimples or warps slightly when I touch it/draw on it, which is a little problematic as a digital artist, drawing being the primary use case for this device, but I also recognize that it was a decent price, and I bought it at "Fair" quality. I didn't expect the quirk, but so far it isn't a real problem.

got the ipad as a gift so havent been able to check the battery and such, but visibly id say the condition is better than fair only one small scuff on the side of the ipad that i had noticed. shipped pretty fast; would buy from them again

Was very surprised with how well everything went with Backmarket. I got the Magic Keyboard as well as this iPad and everything got here quick and was in almost perfect condition even despite ordering it as “good.” Results may vary and I think people should do research on the product and the seller themselves before buying anything, but from what I experienced, I’d definitely buy my next upgrade with Backmarket and this seller!
