I received a good-condition graded iPad 11 (2021) in condition that is excellent. Perhaps I could find a couple of scratches on the body if I looked really hard. I have set it up and it is working great. I am very happy with my purchase. This is my second piece of electronic equipment bought through Back Market. I am going to buy all electronics through them. The value cannot be beat. The customer service is the best.

iPad is great! Shipped fast. Super easy ordering process. Product was better than expected. The charging block didn’t work so I did have a slight heart attack at first. Used my old iPhone charger and all is good.

Amazing! Fast operating system, long battery life, and a huge capacity. The last iPad I owned was the iPad 1. (Oh yeah, there was an iPad mini somewhere in the pas, too) but this thing is a monster! I love it, and I'm an android faithful since forever. Thank you!

I ordered 2 iPads, one for me and one for my daughter. This one arrives in perfect condition and she loves it! The other had a significant scratch on the screen that affected the display so I returned it. In addition to the great prices and quality products, the return process was SOOOOO EASY! It arrived on time and in great condition. Apart from a few barely visible scratches on the screen, it looks and functions perfectly. I wish Back Market would include the details of the imperfections than just a blank ratings system. Hopefully they will integrate that in the future.
