I received a 100% functional device and am very happy with it. I use tablets to read sheet music since carrying around tons of paper isn’t ideal anymore. The reason I give only 4 instead of 5 stars is that in the product listing, it showed that I would receive a power adapter and cable however I only received a cable. The other reason is that in the “good” condition category, it’s specified that there would be minor cosmetic damage to the body but that the screen would be in perfect condition. The screen on my iPad isn’t perfect by any means. There’s quite a few deep scratches. No deal breaker of course but I feel as though I was a bit mislead. I still think back market is a great place to find refurbished devices with peace of mind! -Jon

The iPad was great! I bought an older 12,9 iPad Pro (3rd gen) to see how I would enjoy the bigger size before investing in the new M4. But i don’t think I will get one now. This one was near perfect although it was listed as “good” comsition. It looked excellent to me esp considering my current iPad Pro 11 also 3rd gen, was brand new when I bought and has a cracked screen and still works perfectly. This back market 12.9 that I bought is in amazing condition.

honestly, I the beginning the products on this site were a bit dodgy but you have really improved the quality. the process is seamless deliveries are quick and tradeins are fair and easy. keep doing what ur doing . Just don't do what every other site does and introduce a membership or something this website is better than normal phone shopping with all the hidden fees and charges

Without the very minor scratches and dents you wouldn't know it was used/refurbished. The iPad and pen work great with no issues

Overall the condition is fine, but for “very good” I feel like there are a lot of flaws. There’s a good size dent on the side where the pencil goes and some little nicks on the metal sides, some scratches on the screen, and one part of the screen that has a blue undertone, I’m assuming it’s damaged there. The flaws don’t bother me and they don’t hinder my experience but I just thought for “very good” the quality would be a biiit better. Everything works perfectly though. Also the charger that came with it isn’t an apple brand charger so it takes forever to charge. Luckily I have a cord at home but I won’t be using the one provided.
