So far, I am happy with the iPad itself, but for buying an item in Excellent condition, I would have thought that it would come in its original, or at least replacement iPad box and power charger. I appreciate the effort put into wrapping it securely. Everything arrived in a timely manner, product works great. perfect condition. A little on the heavy side but great for travel regardless. I'm not a Apple person. returned simply because the IPad Pro itself didn't work out for what I thought I would use it for. As expected from a "Fair" condition product, the iPad came we scratches on the screen. BUT...scratches that are not visible while the screen is ON...which to me means they don't exist lol. Apart from cosmetics, the iPad functions perfectly. Another great purchase from Back Market.
