OK, so I got the iPhone XS max yes it's working excellent . It has 80% battery health. That's OK, but I'm very upset because the device is AT&T locked and AT&T won't unlock it because the device is not paid off by the previous owner back Market should have tested the device before selling it, and I'm all the way in Jamaica and I can't send it back, and I don't know of anyone who is traveling back to America, so I could send it with them and if I should send it with a shipping company it's going to cost 4 arms and 9 legs to send it back now it looks like I'm stuck with an iPhone that will never be unlocked😡😡😡

The visual of the phone is in pretty good shape. The functionality is very glitchy. One night I woke up and it sounded like someone was trying to unlock my phone (I have the sound of the buttons turned on) and it was as if someone had remote access to my phone and was trying to unlock it. I needed up being locked out of my phone for 1 hour and then eventually just turned it off. It happened again last night so I factor reset my phone but then the phone had a spazz attack and kept zooming in and out to where if I tried to turn the phone off, the screen was so zoomed in to where I could not even turn the phone off. It’s really annoying tbh. Working on getting an exchange or an overall refund.
