The condition of the iPod is excellent. Shipping was timely and item was packed well. A few minor problems: charging cable did not work at all even though it looks new (luckily I had an old one still lying around), iPod content was not cleared/wiped after previous user and iPod was not restored to factory settings. This just seems lazy for an entity who is refurbishing/reselling tech. Since it's an iPod there's no personal info involved but it's kind of annoying to need to do those steps as a buyer. All in all it was good. Just some little but important details need to be smoothed out by this refurbisher.

well, it certainly serves the purpose i intended for it, but i have to admit...i am disappointed that i expected something that was in "excellent" condition and it arrived to me, scratched on the screen in a way that is impossible to overlook. the massive scratching on the back is to be expected and can be covered with a sticker...so no worries. the iPod works and that's the most important part. i would just suggest that if something is labeled "excellent" that it does not show up to the customer in "poor" to "fair" condition.

Everything as far as delivery and packaging was great. The one thing that was not great was I wished it was cleared of all previous data, since it was not brought back to factory setting, it took me a bit of time, to find out how to do it. I did finally get the help I needed to clear all data, but it will not let me add my name to MY ipod, it automatically put it under my husband's ipod name. Other than that, ipod works great and I'm very happy with it.

The iPod came with over 3,000 songs loaded on it (quite an eclectic collection!), but also with directions to delete and restore what I didn't want. Restored, then downloaded my collection, and sounds fine on playback.
