I all ready started a return process. As I already stated I connected to my Mac mini running on Catilina. It showed up in Finder. Download music on it. Tested and worked! went to shut off and on/off button had no spring to it. Eventually it went a sleep on its own. Next morning would not turn on. Connected 30 pin cord to power supply and it came on. I was communicated back and told to send to Returns at ProjectChase for a refund. Which I was going to do Monday. How long will that take? And how do I get another One?
