Ordering was easy, and it came quickly I couldn't see how to trade in anything other than an iphone, however, which meant I couldn't take advantage of a trade-in. The drop-down list didn't include what I have. So far, the ipod is good, but I'm worried because it doesn't hold a charge for long, and i am using an apple charger.
