Overall the phone is fine, just I believe the quality was considered excellent and unfortunately the phone is missing the cover that keeps dirt out of the power cord plug, which tends to be the way phones fail for me because I work in a dusty environment. So disappointed on that front. Would have been fine if the quality was rated as just good or fair.
