What I thought I ordered, and what arrived in the mail were very different, so initially I was very disappointed, however, this device works exactly as it should. Disappointments: 1) I thought I ordered this in excellent condition, so I was bummed in the visual appearance of this device. 2) The charging port is loose, so the charging cable wiggles while it's plugged into the chromebook. 3) I was under the impression this device could be folded backward and used as a tablet.. not the case. That's a product of me researching so many devices and got my specs confused 'XD Other than that, it works wonderfully, exactly as designed. Additionally, I love the keyboard. I can be picky about how a keyboard feels and sounds when used, and this one is perfect! Silly for some, but it's a huge plus in my book!
