Battery is at 102% capacity, only 62 charging cycles, not a single scratch or dent anywhere, screen is perfect, keys aren’t worn down. I would’ve believed them if they told me it was brand new! Such an amazing deal! The smudges in the pictures are just from me since I got it, it came perfectly clean

Excellent condition typically matches it's condition in my experience. The laptop barely had any noticeablw scratches other than typical wear on the laptop, but the most important factors the screen and keyboard and top were absolutely flawless. I love this laptop! I just started school again and read a lot of reviews of pc laptops before settling on this one. I was a little nervous because it was used but you couldn’t tell whatsoever. The computer runs super fast, it’s very sleek, and there are no scratches or defects that I could see. The initial boot-up took a little long and there were some windows 11 updates to install in the days after getting it but that was it. I’ve recommended back market and this laptop specifically to all my friends in the market for a new (to them) computer!
