Purchased the device on 5/8 with a receiving deadline of 5/13. They didn't even ship the device until 5/13 an it arrived 5/15. The unit was advertised and priced as a 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD M4 Mac Mini. What I received was a 16GB / 256 TB unit. The unit works fine and is in decent shape but way overpriced for the model I received. Unfortunately the seller is unresponsive to my outreach as they were before the item shipped. Never purchasing refurbished from this place again.

Too early to provide full feedback, but the Mini is meeting my expectations and even exceeding them in some areas. There’s zero lag across three monitors, video editing is much smoother, and training large datasets with Random Forest and Gradient Boosting performed as expected. The only thing worth mentioning though it’s not a big deal ,is that the product should have come with a power cable.

The Mac Mini M4...rating -conditions.... good with a small top dent -working... yes everything seems to work so far -value... over priced by $70 for a used Mac... specially that best buy was selling it for $499 vs. $569 on your store for used. trade in : quote price .... it was ok delivery of payment.... slow updates about payment... poor, it actually never updated and it kept sending me reminders about shipping the item in trade, which was already shipped!!!
